As a longtime CUESA supporter and new board member, I'm looking forward to joining the crowd and cheering on so many of my chef and bartender pals who strut their stuff with Ferry Building Farmers' Market ingredients. Our ICHI Sushi + NI Bar Chef de Cuisine Erik Aplin will be making a Marinated Watermelon Carpaccio — A trick of the eye and a feast for vegetarians and vegans!
